Nasi lemak is a Malaysian dish of rice steamed in coconut milk,
a boiled or fried egg, peanuts, fried baby anchovies (ikan bilis), raw cucumber slices, chili sauce (sambal),
and sometimes a fried chicken leg or wing.
Many variations exist.
